Kids say the darndest things...
I haven't had any posts from my friend's kids recently, so here's a couple of tidbits from them.
Brandon:
When Alien Marshmallows Attack
One day when Bud went outside to play he saw a weird machine like thing. So he picked it up...it seemed to be broken. When he looked closer he saw writing. It seemed to be instructions on how to build it, all the necessary parts and where they are. Then he went off to find all the parts to put it together and after three years of looking he finally found all the parts to the machine and tried it out... it worked! Then he heard talking through the machine. So he decided to see if he could talk through it too... and it worked! Bud talked to them for three hours and found out a lot of new stuff like he was talking to alien marshmallows and that they wanted to visit him on earth and that they were coming in ten days. So in ten days he prepared, and told his friends about the aliens. When they arrived everybody was amazed that aliens were real. But when the aliens came out of their spaceship they had whips and told them they wanted human slaves for their home planet. But the humans wouldn't stand for this so they started to fight. But they had no weakness. Whenever somebody did physical harm they just got stronger till one fat kid got so hungry he ate the alien! That gave Bud an idea so he told everybody to eat the alien marshmallow they were facing. The aliens were losing their army so the rest of their army got on their spaceship and went back to their home planet never to be seen again.

The Princess and the Witch
Once upon a timen there was a princess that was really beautiful, her name was Sammy. One day Sammy went out to see all the people. When Sammy got there people loved her. She was so happy so she thought that tomorrow she could see all these people agian. So while Sammy was sleeping a witch came and casted a wicked spell on her. When morning came Sammy got dressed and went outside. As she was out there people where staring at her and whispering at her. She heard one of them say that she turned ugly over night. When Sammy heard that she looked in a mirror and screamed with all her might cause when she looked in the mirror she was so ugly. Sammy cried all the way home and nobody saw her for a long time. When Sammy finally told her father, he sent all his good men to go find whoever did this. They finally found the witch that did the curse, they killed her and after that the curse was broken and Sammy lived happily ever after THE END.
